I called and asked if they had an ezsmoker pipe. Was told yes they had so i wanted one. Was charged $79.95 on my card and never got anything. I called again an they said they have no record of me ever contacting them yet i'm out 80 bucks. It's a big scam!
My wife ordered the EZSMOKER from a tv ad and was told several times only $9.95 would be charged. When the product arrived they had charged $79.95 to the credit card. My wife called and complained but was hung up on. After calling back and much debate they
Sent refill and charged without permission (I expressed I didn't want auto refill) and worst I sent the refill Cartridges back for a refund and haven't received the refund and they stated they had no record of me!!
Please DISCONTINUE sending any merchandise. Also, STOP removing funds from my account. I have repeatedly asked, I cannot reach anyone on the customer service line. I am very ANGRY and I want a refund of all money.
Just as I suspected...Before ordering the EZSMOKER I dialed the phone number (877-5-FLASH-1) provided on their website to call and cancel your order in the event that you no longer want the product and, you guessed it, NO ANSWER! The first few time I call
I was not asked if I still wanted to continue getting filters for the EzSmoker
cigarette. I want to not get anymore filters, as I find they do not puff right and you have to keep charging it up to work at all. I got Menthol and can barely taste anything.
I was very firm in telling the lady that I did not want any more orders and do not send me any more filters (12/09.) Yet in Jan they took out another $39.96, again in Feb 2010, which I called again NOT TO SEND merchandise nor take $39.96 out of my account,
I placed and order on 11/25/09 and the company withdraw from my bank 3 different transactions for 98.46 on the following day, I called on 11/29/09 (because of the holiday) and was told that it was an error, was issued an RA and was told that when the merch
