They have had my return for over 2 months. The boots were not as adverstised. It cose me $40.00 to send them overseas. They have the boots and I email everyday for my refund. All they continue to say is your money is refunded, be patient. IT IS NEVER THERE
Fake UGG Boots. Stitching coming apart, fur falling out. Shipped from China. Given as a gift so I cannot return them as more than 7 days have gone by since delivery. A real rip-off. DO NOT BUY FROM EXCELLENT BOOTS!
I previously placed a comment, I ordered on 12/15/09 today is 1/8/10 still no boots, after reading everyone's comments would you say just decline the package? I realize they are fakes and I have added a comment from someone on their side when I comfronted
