      Resolved to consumer's satisfaction

    - Never received a refund after operator stated various time I would.

    On Aug 28, 2009 11:00am I had made a purchase online for a friend. Once I had made the purchase I had contacted my friend to tell her what I had gotten her but she said that she did not want, as soon as I hung up with her.
