    I purchased tickets to the I Heart Radio Music Festival through their web page and paid for priority shipping

    I was told the tickets would be mailed no later than 9/17 (the concert was 9/24)

    The tickets did not arrive by the date we were leaving for

    I ordered 4 tickets ($721.00) for a concert at Comcast Center in Mansfield, Mass. I paid $25 extra for express delivery, and was told that the tickets were going to be delivered next day, before 3 pm, by FedEx. They were not delivered. I called FedEx with

    on 9/22/09, I purchased 4 shows tickets at CTT Camera Store in Las Vegas Strip at 9:26AM.

    And 10 minutes later, i went back to refund ticket.
