How many other people bought ATX software and paid upfront thinking they were getting it again this year only to be surprised to get a TRX package and then request a refund only to be denied?

I have had constant problems with this program this year and now cannot reach anyone at the phone numbers. The on-line support is not functioning (they are saying it is closed even during the hours it is supposed to be available.)Repeated messages lef
Software would not convert my data from Pro Series correctly. I contacted their worthless tech support team and they could not make the conversion work. Their solution was basically to rework all my prior year returns to make them work in their software.
