Telefund calls me from (512) 916-0420 multiple times per day, every single day, and has for weeks. This is despite my repeated requests to stop calling me, which have not worked. I have been on the Do Not Call list for years and filed multiple FTC complain

Try dialing *60 and follow the instructions. Let's see what happens.I tried *60 and AT&T Says that Number is not part of their Service and they cannot block it!
