| The company failed to follow through properly on the verbal agreement to provide transporation. As a result I missed a Bus and Flight. This resulted in me having to incur additional cost in excess of $300.00 i.e. extra night of lodging, Airline change fee $200.00, bus ticket, food etc. The local manager David Wells at best, was apathetic and rude. |
